Carla Lonzi - Inside and Outside the World

Figura radical of Italian feminism, art critic, writer and founder of Rivolta Femminile, a point of reference for artists and thinkers, Carla Lonzi makes her debut on screen through the lens of Francesca Archibugi. Combining archival materials and memories, the film/documentary goes beyond biographical storytelling to reflect on memory, distance, and representation, showing alongside the public, radical and uncompromising figure, also the private one, more fascinating and contradictory, with its fragilities and contradictions.
